Next-to-leading power corrections to spherocity distribution at NLO in QCD

Abstract

This study explores the leading contributions at the next-to-leading order for the event shape variable, spherocity. Our investigation is presented through a combination of analytical derivations and graphical representations. Additionally, we delve into the intriguing behavior of the spherocity distribution, mainly as it arises from different regions of the allowed phase space.
